This year Notre Dame Junior Boys’ Football, coached by Mr. Carter, as well as Mr. Moschella, Mr. Valovich, Mr. Lostracco, Mr. DiGaetano and Mr. Ventresca, have a team consisting of 40 players with a season that runs from early September to mid November.
The boys have had a tough season, losing 4 of their 5 games played thus far, but with one left this Wednesday October 29th, there’s still the hope for playoffs.
“If we win, they should go to playoffs in 4th place, and hopefully cause some turmoil,” shared Mr. Moschella, “ a Cinderella story.”
With such optimism we cannot help but wish our boys the best of luck in their final game of the regular season. For those interested in supporting the team, they can help cheer at the final game, to be played at Notre Dame College School against Holy Cross Wednesday October 29th.
